Oasis offers a selection of medical and dental plans, a vision plan, short and long term disability options and voluntary plans such as hospitalization and other employee paid plans. 

Your company is not obligated to use any of them, but if you do, Oasis handles all plan administration on Oasis sponsored plans so your company has no responsibilities related to plan selection, communication, administration, bill reconciliation or payment. Oasis handles all annual changes and change communication.
